Amazing clarity Mitaraigorge hiking

A promenade has been developed along the Mitaraigorge, where various waterfalls of various sizes and huge rocks are sewn together to form a clear stream that can be seen all the way to the bottom, allowing visitors to enjoy the dynamic beauty of the valley. The trail is 7.4 km long and takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. From a long suspension bridge, you can enjoy the large rocks, the crystal clear river, and the waterfalls up close. After a steep climb, you will reach Hikari Falls. After a gentle mountain forest course, you will arrive at the Dorogawa Hot Spring Center. After enjoying lunch (extra charge) in the hot spring area, visit the Menfudo Cave. With a length of 280 m and an average temperature of 8°C inside the cave, it feels cool in summer and warm in winter. Especially valuable are the straw stalactite tubes. You can see the art of nature. Located at a high point overlooking the town of Dorogawa, another fun way to visit is to take the monorail, nicknamed “Dorokko. The “Dorogawa Hot Springs and Mitaraigorge Walking Ticket” available at major Kintetsu stations is a great deal.
