Miyajima in Autumn Leaves Hiking Mt. Misen and Sightseeing Train etSETOra

Grading:

We will hold a hiking event to Mt. Misen, the highest peak of Miyajima, known for its autumn foliage! This is a 2day tour on a relatively uncrowded Sunday and Monday. On the first day, we will go sightseeing in Onomichi. From Senkoji Park, you will enjoy a panoramic view of Onomichi's elegant autumn scenery below. We will take the etSETOra sightseeing train to Hiroshima. You will enjoy the luxury of riding the Kure Line along the sea at sunset from inside the beautifully decorated train. Overnight stay will be at a business hotel near Hiroshima Station. How about Hiroshima's famous okonomiyaki for dinner? On the second day, we will take a ferry to Miyajima and hike Mt.Misen. The walking distance is about 6 km and the elevation gain is 600m, making it suitable for beginners. In the best season, when the valley of autumn leaves turns bright red, the observatory at the top of the mountain offers an unobstructed 360 view of the beautiful islands of the Seto Inland Sea and the torii of Itsukushima Shrine. After descending the mountain, we will visit Itsukushima Shrine and sightsee along the Omote-sando before returning to Osaka via ferry and train.
