Best 100 places for cherry blossoms, Shukugawa River and Mt. Kabuto Hiking
Would you like to take a walk to Mount Kabuto while enjoying Sakura? The riverside of Shukugawa is home to approximately 1,660 cherry trees, mainly Somei Yoshino. This area has even been selected as one of the "100 Best Sakura Spots in Japan." We will enjoy a leisurely stroll while heading towards Mount Kabuto. Along the way, we will pass by Kitayama Park, a famous bouldering spot! There are some easy rock formations—why not try climbing a little? The summit is wide and oval-shaped, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a picnic atmosphere. We will take our time walking this approximately 7.5 km route over four hours, including breaks.
