Beginner-Friendly Alps: Mt. Kisokomagatake 2 Days Bus Tour

Join us for a 2-day tour to climb the 2,956m peak of Mt. Kisokoma, one of Japan’s 100 Famous Mountains! It's a 4km round trip with a 350m elevation gain, perfect as an introduction to the Alps with breathtaking views. A ropeway boasting the largest vertical elevation in Japan will take us up to 2,600m above the clouds. We will ensure proper altitude acclimatization for a safe and enjoyable hike. From the summit, enjoy a 360-degree panorama featuring Mt. Ontake, the Northern and Southern Alps, and even Mt. Fuji on a clear day! For those seeking a challenge, there’s an optional hike to Mt. Hoken, a jagged, triangular peak known for its sharp, imposing presence. Please note: This is a challenging route for experienced climbers only. Shorter acclimatization and an early departure are required. If more than 10 participants apply, a lottery will be held. Day 1 Optional Tours in Ina City, Nagano Tandem Paragliding Flight Experience ¥16,500 (Up to 6 people) Enjoy a scenic flight with a certified instructor, soaring through the Alps' beautiful landscape. Paragliding offers a unique, immersive flying experience with no barriers between you and the sky. Experience the beauty of the Ina Valley and the grandeur of the Alps from above. Note: The actual flight time is short (about an hour including transportation), so there may be some waiting time. SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Tour ¥7,700 (Up to 10 people) Glide across the water on a stand-up paddleboard, using a paddle to navigate. It's an easy and enjoyable water activity suitable for beginners and women alike. Changing rooms and showers are available. Blueberry Picking & Oyaki Making Experience ¥2,100 Pick fresh, sweet blueberries at 900m elevation (includes a 100g souvenir pack) and try your hand at making Oyaki, a traditional rice flour dumpling unique to the Ina region. Blueberry Picking & Natural Dyeing Experience ¥2,200 Using plants and flowers from the surrounding mountains, dye your own Tenugui (traditional Japanese hand towel). Create a one-of-a-kind item perfect for your next hike! Accommodation: Komagane Premont Hotel (Single rooms for all participants) Enjoy a restful night before your hike.
