Stylish Bakery and Mt. Kawachi Iimoriyama Hiking
Let's hike Mt. Iimoriyama, a low mountain with great views located in Osaka! Walking distance is 6km and the elevation is 314m, so beginners are welcome. Just 5 minutes after leaving Shijonawate Station, we will stop by a stylish Nordic-style bakery called “Keitto Leipa” to buy lunch to eat at the summit. They have a wide variety of savory breads♪ There’s a section where we climb a rocky wall using a rope, but we’ll guide you step-by-step through it. It’s short, so if you climb carefully, even beginners can do it. Try it out as your introduction to rock scrambling. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after we start walking, we’ll reach the summit. Let’s enjoy our cute bakery lunch there. After a nice long break, we’ll descend and reach Nozaki Station in just over an hour. Feel free to reward yourself with a croquette or minced meat cutlet from the long-established butcher shop “Niku no Okazaki” near Nozaki Station!
