From Mt. Rokko’s Highest Peak to Arima Onsen A Relaxed Hike on the Classic Route

Grading:

A hiking event along the classic and popular route from Mt. Rokko’s highest peak down to Arima Onsen. The total distance is about 11 km. The mountain level is 5, but we will take it slow — about 7 hours for a route that normally takes 5 hours. If you’ve always wanted to try this hike but are a little worried about your stamina, come join us! We’ll take our time, enjoy chatting, and walk together at a relaxed pace. After descending, we’ll finish at Arima Onsen — relax your body in the hot spring as your well-earned reward. (The event will end upon arrival, so please enjoy exploring the Arima Onsen town freely afterward.)

What to bring / clothes: Clothes and shoes suitable for hiking, trail snacks, drinks, lunch (there is a teahouse near the summit where you can order food for an additional cost), hot spring set (change of clothes, towel, etc.)
