Late-blooming Sakura spot Ninna-ji temple and 88 sacred sites Omuro Hiking
Ninna-ji Temple in Kyoto City, and on the mountain path behind the temple, there is a fuden, a copy of the 88 temples of Shikoku. The pilgrimage is approximately 3 km long and takes about 2 hours. If you complete the pilgrimage, you will receive the same benefits as those of a pilgrimage to the 88 sacred sites of the Shikoku Region. The paths are lined with nature, and visitors can enjoy the chirping of birds and the flowers of the four seasons. On a clear day, you can see as far as Fushimi in the distance. At Ninna-ji Temple, you can enjoy the late-blooming Omuro Sakura. After the Sacred Sites Tour, those who wish may go to Arashiyama or visit temples.
