Kyoto Trail Higashiyama Course World Heritage Traverse from Fushimi Inari Shrine to Kiyomizu Temple
From Fushimi Inari Shrine to Kiyomizu Temple, this 11-km hiking course takes you to World Heritage sites representing Kyoto tourism. With a view of the urban area of Kyoto, visitors can experience rich nature, history, and culture. We recommend this course for its convenient transportation and easy access in and out of the course. At Kiyomizu-dera Temple, at the end of the temple visitation route, satsuki (Japanese azalea) trees are planted under the Niomon Gate and the West Gate, and it is said that the sight of satsuki and the vermilion-painted Niomon Gate and West Gate, etc. is beautiful.
